Welcome to The new and improved RBS training headquarters page.  Below is a direct link to my partner's contact info if you would like to learn more about our collective training services.  We welcome both boxers and any athlete or fitness enthusiast ready to take it to the next level and beyond.   

Santos Vasquez

I was fortunate enough to have worked with Tito's for years throughout his impressive professional boxing.career.  Tito's could bench press his bodyweight for several reps with pure ease while also improving his sprinting speed, quickness, and power as well.  Tito's was also.a highly decorated golden glove amateur fighter who was part of the US Olympic Boxing Team as a reserve fighter at one point.

Oscar Vasquez

Oscar and I trained for 7 years together before we lost a fight.  We had 12 victories with 4 stunning body shot knockouts.  At one time Oscar was ranked 14th in the world according to credible boxing polls.  His gains across every athletic based skill were absolutely substantial over that time qnd it all helped change his career trajectory and life.. We remain best friends to this day and you could make a strong argument that Oscar is the best boxer to ever come out of the Reno-Tahoe area.

Our mission has and always will be to not only be our best but to support the local community and help as many people as possible with the skills and knowledge we possess.  As such, we are always open to potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities.  If you've browsed this website then you have witnessed the level of credibility, skill, mass testimony, and ultimate care that is provided to any and all clients.  What also sets us apart is that we don't scam the market and hyper--inflate costs to fit in, as many simply cannot afford the luxury of a personal trainer, boxing coach, etc., yet still need the services offered to ultimately impact their lives and reach their goals.  

FAQ'S

#1-Do I have to be an athlete to train at your gym and utilize your training system?

-Absolutely not.  The training programs used apply to any type of client and can simply and quite easily be modified as such with no problems so you still reach your fitness goals.  Please refer to the Fat Loss Testimonial section to see several real world examples.

#2-How much does it cost to train with you?

-Our prices are extremely affordable.  It's $150 per month for memebership and 6 day access to the gym along with group training 2x per week for now.  One on one personal training is $50 per session.

#3-What type of training environment do you offer?

-Another thing that has always set us apart is the culture that is created with the people that come into our gym.  You'll quickly discover that "everyone" comes to work, but is also very welcoming, highly motivating, supportive, tough, and wants to see you succeed.  This idea is as critical to the success and growth of a training gym as anything else.

 

#4-How many days per week will I need to train to reach my fitness goals?

-Too simplify, regardless of who you are a 5-6 day training frequency is going to be essential for any training goal (i.e. Fitness, Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Boxing, Athletic Development, etc.).  Fortunately, on days that you do not have access to our facility I have a training app that I can enroll you in that can provide complementary workouts to keep you on track.

#5-Do you offer Nutrition and Supplmentation advice?

-Without a doubt.  These are two important pieces to the puzzle, especially nutrition.  Supplements are more optional, contrary to popular belief but you will receive adequate instruction on both specific to your goals.  RBS has a supplement store that will be live again soon, and with your nutrition we've found an awesome calorie and macro tracking app, along with my expert reviewed and approved Athletic Nutrition 101 book to answer any questions you have on the matter. 

#6-What age groups do you train?

-Our program is created and designed to accommodate 8-70 year olds.  The training blueprint is standard and adjusted in different ways to support the target age group and their training and physical development needs.
